What Are Internal Worms and Parasites?
Internal worms and parasites are organisms that live in or on other living things from which it feeds to live. These organisms can cause health problems on its involuntary host in the process. Parasites and worms start out at microscopic size. They then grow once inside the body.
Damage To The Body
Internal worms and parasites can damage the body. They can make Swiss cheese of your intestines. They eat through the organs and borrow in the intestines, causing organ damage. The worms and parasite can travel into the lungs and heart. They can travel to the brain as well and munch on brain tissue. They take away vital vitamins and mineral nutrients from the body's system. Their waste is toxic to the human body, and they destroy cells faster than the cells can be regenerated.
The damage caused by internal worms and parasites can cause a variety of health problems. The organs and intestines feel inflamed and itchy. Because vitamins and minerals are eaten away A person can become anemic, and the immune system weakens. The worm and parasites damage the colon, liver, and bile duct which cause constipation. Diarrhea is frequently experienced because it is the body's way of removing toxins created by the worms and parasites. Due to the borrowing of worms and parasites in the upper intestines gas and stomach bloating can occur.
As stated before, internal worms and parasite infections can affect anyone anywhere.
Food
People can get internal worms and parasites from the food they eat. Microscopic parasites can be found in fruits and vegetables grown in contaminated soil. When vegetation goes uncooked or undercooked and eaten microscopic parasites get into the body. Parasites and worms can be found in raw meat and seafood. Eating undercooked meat and seafood can ingest parasites and worms. Parasites are also found in unpasteurized dairy products. They can be found in processed foods when food is not handled properly and when equipment is not properly cleaned. Microscopic parasites and worm eggs can be found in fruits and vegetables with rinds and skin when the rinds and skins are scratched or broken.
Water
Rivers, lakes, ponds, oceans, and public swimming pools are nurseries and breeding places for parasites. People can get infected when swimming. Tab water also has parasites. They get ingested when the water is drank.
Pets
People can be at risk of catching internal worms from their pets. The worms are caught by ingesting worm eggs from fecal and oral contact. This occurs when pets, such as dogs and cats lick their butts and then lick their masters in the face and on the hands. This occurs when not cleaning up animal poop properly. Sexual intercourse with pets(some people secretly do this) can spread worms to humans. People can also catch worms from their pets by allowing them to use the toilet and sleep in the bed with them.
Skin
People can get parasites through their skin when walking barefooted outdoors, or when handling soil with bare hands. Parasites in dirt can get into the skin without feeling. Microscopic worm eggs, such as hookworms, roundworms, are often in the dirt and gets on hands when dirt is handled. The eggs get ingested when hands are unwashed before eating or put in the face, mouth, or nose.
Natural Remedies to Get Rid Of Parasites
If a person is suffering from internal worms and parasites, there are foods to eat to get rid of them.
Acid Fruits
If you have worms, for a week eat nothing but citrus fruits and other fruits high in citrus acid. The citrus acid in the fruit kills worms and other parasites in the body. Such fruits to eat are tomatoes, oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and pineapples.
Onions and Garlic
With every meal run a half of a fresh onion and several cloves of garlic through a vegetable juicer. Mix the juice with half of a cup of water and drink. This kills the parasites and worms in the system.
Vinegar
Three times daily drink a cup of water mixed with three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or plain. The acid in the vinegar can kill the worms and parasite in the intestines.
Ginger Root
Ground fresh ginger root to a pulp and mix with a half cup of water. Drink three times daily and eat the pulp as well.
Water Protection
Swimming
When swimming avoid swallowing water. Also avoid swimming in rivers, lakes, ponds, and oceans, and untreated swimming pools.
Tab Water
Boil tab water before drinking and cooking, or use only hot water from the hot water tab. If you want cold drinking water, store boiled water or hot tab water in the refrigerator to cool.
Other Ways To Prevent Getting Internal Worms and Parasites
Always fully cook meat and seafood to kill all living organisms.
Only eat pasturized dairy products.
Always wash your hands before handling food.
Always wash your hands after doing yard work and after touching your pet.
Avoid walking barefooted when outdoors.
Internal worms and parasites can eat a person up from the inside out. So people should be careful. If a person thinks he or she may have internal worms or parasites, seek medical help as soon as possible.
