Natural Sulfate-Free Shampoos for Babies and Toddlers
Method Squeaky Green Baby Hair + Body Wash- This gentle baby shampoo and body wash is 99% natural.It comes in a rice milk and mallow scent. The unique package design lets you use the cap as a cup for washing the shampoo and wash off your baby (and it can double as a bath toy!). The shampoo is tear-free, hypoallergenic, and pediatrician tested.
Method Squeaky Green Kids 3-in-1 Shampoo- When your toddler's hair gets long enough to need some conditioner, this shampoo does the job. It is a combination shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, and comes in two scents: Fuzzy Peach and Crisp Apple. Both come in cute penguin shaped squeezable bottles. This shampoo is 99% natural. It has no sulfates, phthalates, parabens, or numbing agents. It leaves hair soft and smelling good. It's great for your hair too!
Burt's Bees Baby Bee Shampoo and Wash- It is sulfate, paraben, petrochemical, phthalate, and fragrance free. It is not tested on animals. This shampoo is 99.3% natural. It suds up nicely and rinses out well, and is tear free. However, the scent may take getting used to for some.
Aubrey Organics Natural Baby & Kids Shampoo- This vegan shampoo is naturally scented with an essential oil blend. It is sulfate free and contains some organic ingredients. This shampoo is not tested on animals. It is not tear free, so be careful around your baby or toddler's eyes if using this shampoo.
California Baby Super Sensitive Shampoo & Body Wash- This concentrated shampoo has no fragrance or scent masking agents. It is great for babies with eczema, perioral dermatitis or other skin sensitivities. It is sulfate and DEA free, and is tear-free without using any numbing agents. It contains organic and sustainably grown ingredients.
Angel Baby Shampoo & Body Wash- This castile shampoo comes in a foaming bottle and is made with USDA certified organic ingredients. It is scented with organic vanilla and organic orange essential oils. There are no petrochemicals, synthetic surfactants, artificial preservative, or foaming agents. It is vegan friendly and not tested on animals. However, it is not tear free, so extra care is needed if using this shampoo.
