If you find you are tired all of the time and aren't sure exactly what is going on you might want to see a doctor. Chances are you just might be suffering from an iron deficiency or other malady. Finally, one of the ways to boost your energy level and fight fatigue is by adding a B-Complex vitamin to your diet even though you do get Vitamin B from various food sources including whole grains, nuts and bananas. Check with your doctor for the correct dosage and even the type of B-Complex vitamin you should take. You don't want to overdo it with vitamins but you also want to insure your body is healthy, well equipped and strong in order to fight fatigue and low levels of energy.
