Every female wants to have that perfect skin but you do not have to spend a fortune on facial creams and treatments. Eating the right foods will help keep your faces looking young and perfect.

Fruits and Vegetables
Cantaloupe, sweet potatoes and cantaloupe of three of the best things you can eat. Who says you need to cream up with you face each night. Just one of these a day will help prevent wrinkles.

Vitamin C
We all heard that when you sick, Orange Juice is the best thing to drink because of the vitamin c, but they are also a excellent anti-wrinkle source.

EGCG
EGCG helps to prevent acne and sun-related issues and is a great source to find in teas. The best type of EGCG to get is green tea. There is a variety of teas, like Kombucha tea, are believed to be the cure for serious illness'.

Greens
Green vegetables are probably the least favorite foods, but it will keep your skin soft and smooth. Some of the best greens that smooth out your face are greens are broccoli, spinach and turnip green.

Fish
Fish are a terrific source for age-fighting, and you do not have to spend a lot of money on them. If you have a fishing license, some of the best fish to prevent aging are Atlantic mackerel, Pacific herring, salmon, sardines, trout, tuna and shellfish. Another option, if you hate eating fish, are fish vitamins, which you buy in any pharmacy.

Looking your best does not mean you have to spend a fortune on creams and salons, all it takes is eating the right foods. These foods not only make you look fantastic, but they will also make you feel terrific.

    I also drink non sweetened cranberry juice each night for my skin and its good for your kidneys and bladder as well.It helps prevent wrinkles. I don't have many so I guess it works. These are good tips :)
