Naturally Wild Smoked Salmon - Product Review

Candus
I bought this box of smoked salmon at The Grocery Outlet in The Dalles, Oregon, area. I paid $7.99 for a 16-ounce box of smoked salmon that is fully cooked. They did have a smaller box for $4.99. This salmon is so good and is packed with its natural juices. It also is a boneless fillet that's ready to eat. All you have to do is open the package.

This salmon is 100 percent natural and has no preservatives. I have never tried salmon before until I moved to the Pacific Northwest last year. My husband has had me try different variations of cooked salmon. From grilled, fried, bakes and now smoked.

So now that I've tried the different ways of cooking salmon, and I've had fresh from the Columbia Gorge, I can honestly tell you that this salmon by Naturally Wild is some good stuff. They only add natural alder smoke and some salt and spices.

I have tried different types of salmon in the grocery stores with many added flavors and frankly, you can't taste the fish. I would like to be able to taste the meat I'm eating. You will get around 2 ounces for each serving size and around 90 calories.

Your total fat with this salmon is about 5 grams and only one gram of saturated fat. You'll also receive 570 milligrams of sodium but no sugar and no carbohydrates in the salmon. but if your looking for protein then you've come to the right place. This fish has 12 grams of protein.

I enjoy serving this salmon to my family because I know it's fresh, as well as great tasting. You can serve it plain or on crackers, with your favorite dipping sauce or on a cracker. It's really up to you and your desire.

This company also produces allot of other salmon products as well as other great-tasting items.
