A cool breeze blowing through the trees

A volcano spewing lava in Hawaii

A tornado ripping through the fields of Nebraska

A blizzard burying the Rocky Mountains

A hurricane sawing through Florida

An avalanche roaring through the Sierra Nevada

Mudslides destroying homes in Southern California

An earthquake crumbling homes in Turkey

Floods inundating towns along the Mississippi

Sweltering heat baking the deserts

Fires scorching forests and homes

The first powered plane flight by the Wright brothers in 1903

The first electric light created in 1800 by Humphry Davy

Alexander Graham Bell's patent of the phone in the 1876

The first skyscrapers

The first computer

All of our medical accomplishments

The first television set

The first car

The first train
