Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser Review

Don't Forget to Clean Your Colon!

Rebecca Said
Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser usually sells for about $10, but I found it on the bargain rack for $1 a bottle at Fry's Grocery Store. Considering the price, I grabbed 3 bottles with 180 capsules in each. I have been told that colon cleansing was important, but never really knew much about it. After purchasing the Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser, I decided to give it a try. Before starting the process, I decided to do a little research on the internet to learn more about it.

According to DrNatura.com, a neglected colon can cause a multitude of negative symptoms. These include gas, low energy, chronic constipation, food allergies, overweight, irritability, bad breath, weak immune system, parasites, irritable bowel syndrome, skin problems, food cravings, metallic taste in mouth, hemorrhoids, candida infection, inability to properly digest food and a protruding belly. On this website they sell the colonix program for $88, and it has similar ingredients to Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser.

Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser has 10 Calories, 3g Total Carbohydrate, 2g Dietary Fiber, 2g Soluble Fiber, 2,859 Psyllium Seed Husk(Plantago asiatica), 12 mg Citrus Pectin, 12 mg Goldenseal Root(Hydrastis canadensis), 12 mg Cascara Sagrada Bark (Rhamnus purshia), 12 mg Wheat grass juice(triticum sativum), 12 mg Aloe vera leaf(aloe barbadensis), 12 mg Buckthorn Bark (rhamnus frangula), 12 mg Gentian Root (gentiana lutea), 6 mg Lactobacillus Acidophilus

Nature's Bounty has same ingredients as many other higher priced versions. Another benefit is that Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser can be used to cleanse, detox and regulate. On the back of the bottle it reads, "Colon cleanser is a natural detox formula that captures all of the advantages of bulk-producing fiber, and at the same time is very gentle to your system. Colon cleanser uses the goodness harvested from fruits, botanicals and grains to help cleanse your colon and promote regularity."

Dosage directions for Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser say that you can take four to six capsules with liquid 30-60 minutes before meals. They also recommend to drink six to eight glasses of water each day. Drinking enough water with any fiber product like psyllium husk is important for safety. In addition, drinking more water helps with the elimination process.

Nature's Bounty Colon Cleanser is really inexpensive at only $10 for a bottle of 180 capsules. You can adjust the dose and frequency it is taken depending on whether you are trying to cleanse, detox or regulate. It also has lactobacillus acidophilus to build up beneficial bacteria in your intestine. In addition it is a safe and gentle product.
