The NBA All-Star Game is an annual mid-season contest that matches the premier players of the Eastern Conference (East) against the elite players of the Western Conference (West).
Eleven players have won the NBA All-Star Game MVP two or more times: Bob Pettit (4), Kobe Bryant (4), Oscar Robertson (3), Michael Jordan (3), Shaquille O'Neal (3), Julius "Dr. J" Erving (2), Isiah Thomas (2), Earvin "Magic" Johnson (2), Karl Malone (2), Allen Iverson (2), and LeBron James (2).
The most dominant performances in the NBA All-Star Game were turned in by Bob Pettit (1958 and 1962), Wilt Chamberlain (1960), Julius "Dr. J" Erving (1977), George Gervin (1980), Michael Jordan (1988), Kevin Garnett (2003), and Kobe Bryant (2011).
