Penn State (-14.5) vs. Purdue
This spread started around -12 and quickly went to -14.5. If you take this game you may want to buy half a point just in case. Penn State looked amazing against Illinois and Purdue looked surprisingly sluggish in the second half against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Nittany Lions are on the road, but don't expect them to let up on the Boilermakers, try to get this game at -14 or -13.5, -14.5 scares me. Penn State should win easily 42-21
Texas Tech (-9) vs. Kansas State
Texas Tech is averaging 572 yards offense per game and allowing only 16 points per game. The Red Raiders are 4-0 and ranked 7th in the nation. Kansas State is 3-1 with victories against weak opponents (Louisiana-Lafayette, Montana State, and North Texas) and lost to Louisville on the road by 9. Kansas State's defense is not good enough to stop the Texas Tech Red Raiders. 52-21 Red Raiders
Missouri (-12) vs. Nebraska
Do I need to say anything about this game? Missouri is on the road against Cornhuskers who just lost to the Virginia Tech Hokies. Missouri is putting up 50 points a game with two Heisman candidates on offense and a Tight End in Chase Coffman that is another future first round NFL draft pick. Mizzou by 20...even on the road, this team is that good.
Other Picks: Ohio State -2.5 over Wisconsin, UConn +7 vs. North Carolina, Michigan -2 vs. Illinois
Good luck!

Post a Commentwow, was right on the buying at least a half of a point on the Penn State game, Mizzou and Texas Tech huge winners! Ohio State had me nervous, didn't see Ty Lorenzen was out for UCONN, that cost me a little, and Michigan just got killed by the Illini, but a very good week for me nonetheless. Check back on tuesday next week for the college picks for week 7 of college football.
Tech vs Kansas State looks like a good pick. Nice list.
