NCAA Fans Have a Chance to Watch Free Live Games Online

NCAA March Madness on Demand offers General Member and VIP Member Access to fans to watch live game broadcasts of CBS Sports television coverage of the NCAA Championship on their home computers for free. By signing up for a VIP pass, members gain access to the games faster than General Admission members. There are a limited number of VIP passes available on a first come, first serve basis.

VIP access is available to users who sign-up for NCAA March Madness on Demand by March 15 or while supplies last. Registration is completed at the NCAA March Madness on Demand website http://www.ncaasports.com/mmod

Users with VIP access will have a shorter wait through the "Waiting Room" on game day. The Waiting Room is a virtual arena users are routed through prior to viewing the live video. The Waiting Room will open about one hour before the first game on Thursday, March 15. VIP lines will move more quickly than regular General Admission member lines.

NCAA March Madness on Demand viewers will have access to watch up to fifty-six games from the first three rounds of the Men's Division 1 College Basketball championship. For rounds four through six, game highlights will be available and will be viewable shortly after each game has ended. Local blackout rules will be observed and may limit availability to up to thirty-seven games.

To properly view NCAA March Madness on Demand, computer requirements must be able to support the live, streaming video. Minimum system requirements for Windows users include any Intel or AMD Processor 400mhz or faster, Windows 98 or higher (Windows ME, Windows XP, etc.,) 256MB RAM, 16-bit sound card and speakers, 65,000-color video display card, Internet connection of at least 350K (cable, DSL, or Network connection, cookies enabled, JavaScript enabled, and Windows Media Player Series 9 or 10 installed. Internet Explorer 6.0 is recommended and Netscape 7.02 as well as Firefox 1.5 are supported.

2007 Marks the 69th anniversary of the NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball championship games. March 11 begins selection Sunday, where the NCAA College Basketball tournament participants are announced, placed and seeded accordingly. Opening round is to be held on Tuesday, March 13. March 15 opens the first round of the NCAA Division 1 College Basketball championship. April second closes out the season with the championship game.
