NCIS: Los Angeles - Show Premiere Review

Stella Gage
This show definitely exceeded my expectations. Great star power with O'Donell and LL. I think they make a good team and had great chemistry. All throughout the show, their comedy played well.

O'Donell's character, G., returns from a 6 month hiatus and is given a case in which a Naval officer who has been reported missing. He and LL's chracter, Sam, go through the motion of finding the Naval officer, which turns out that the officer was trying to save his niece who was kidnapped by her father.

My only problem was Special Agent Kensi, played by Daniela Rush. Her character was not very believable. She didn't exude confidence or determination. I believe her performance was weak and just didn't measure up to the rest of the cast.

All in all, even though the plot was somewhat predictable, it flowed very well. I really enjoyed the show and hope it continues to keep its substance and maybe some better plots but I believe putting O'Donell and LL together was a great idea. I think theirs is a partnership that will last.
