CONESTOGA MUFFINS
1 Recipe Whole Wheat Muffins
½ cup chopped beef jerky (spicy beef stick)
Prepare muffin recipe as directed. Add beef jerky with liquid ingredients. Mix only until ingredients are well blended, as overmixing can cause muffins to be coarse and tough.
Makes 1 dozen, about 180 calories each.

Beef jerky in muffins...I never wouldve thought it.
