The subdivision awakes to a gentle rain soon gone
Now garage and shed doors are opening
It's time once again to think of the lawn
Now garage and shed doors are opening
It's time once again to think of the lawn
Last night a super moon displayed all its splendor
But today landscape tools are cleaned and prepared
This year, its resolved, the weeds will surrender
Seems like each homestead laid out on this block
Teems with multiple tasks well underway
Thatch the grass, pick up sticks, best move that pretty rock
Hearing sweet voices of neighborhood kids
"Don't run through those new flowers!"
An ardent gardener forbids
Yes, spring has arrived on the street that we love
An eye pleasing comfortable environment is sought
One family and friends can enjoy and be proud of
