NEIGHBORHOODS AND HOMES - This is a detailed account of all the neighborhoods in the St. Charles area. Since we are growing this site daily, you have to know there is much more to choose from and more homes being built every year, despite the economy. By viewing the neighborhoods in the area, you will get a head start on finding what you are looking for. Each neighborhood link below includes a full slide show of the subdivision, homes for sale, the school district, cautions about the subdivisions, deterrents about the area, and agents who have had listings in that subdivision before. (This is an informational guide only for comparing areas of interest. - Some of the pricing information may be different that what is reported here, be sure to check with an agent for any information that may have changed since posting). The Subdivisions below are categorized based on location and have a brief description for your evaluation. I encourage you to click on each subdivision that sounds appealing and watch the slide show at the end of each article about the community. It will give you a better understanding of the area and what to expect. This guide is a great way to not only evaluate a potential neighborhood you may be interested in, but to get a quick peek at the communities that surround the area as well.

SUBDIVISIONS OFF HACKMAN & MUEGGE ROAD
(EASY ACCESS TO 94 & 364, CLOSE TO 70 VIA CAVE SPRINGS)

DIEKAMP FARMS - Middle to upper income homes across from High School, low turnover

SPRING MILL SUBDIVISION - Elite gated community of new construction with available home sites and Model homes for sale in upper $400K plus

HUNTLEIGH ESTATES - Small subdivision hidden within a subdivision, low turnover, two story homes in mid range

HERMITAGE - older subdivision, larger lots, drive through street with several courts and circles off of main road.

WILLSHIRE VALLEY - Small community that borders Schaefer Park at 94 and 364 with quick access to Muegge Road. Highlights include a Slide Show to view the neighborhood and park.

SUBDIVISIONS OFF MCCLAY ROAD
(EASY ACCESS TO 94, CLOSE TO 364, 64/40, AND 70)

WHITHIRST - Great Community and nice homes in middle range but nestled in a less desirable area.

TANGLEWOOD - Family friendly, tons of kids, average to starter size homes located next to the biggest park in St. Peters, MO.

MCCLAY GARDENS - Smaller subdivision with construction of apartments or condos going on behind the subdivision, expect this community to grow. Built on a huge hill, homes are split level with sloped lots.

MCCLAY VALLEY - Subdivision of average size and prices homes, ranch and small two story homes.

PARK RIDGE ESTATES - Very Family Friendly, not a drive through community but a very large community with many younger families.

PARK CHARLES - Huge community of homes that circle 2 large lakes with low Cost Apartments located on one side of subdivision.

FALL RIVER - Brand New Construction of homes nestles in less desirable area, but homes lower cost starting at $150's.

SUBDIVISIONS OFF CAULKS HILL ROAD & TOWERS ROAD
(EASY ACCESS TO HWY 94, CLOSE TO 364)

EAGLES RIDGE - Large subdivision that branches out into multiple other communities, located within the rolling hills of St. Charles, MO. Very appealing, lovely homes with large square footage, 2 and 3 car garages.

VILLAGE EDELWEISS - Small Community of homes, quaint and safe, two story homes, middle range.

THE VINEYARDS - A mature, family oriented, Social Community with some very interesting history. Common facilities include tennis, outdoor pool and clubhouse.

SUMMERFIELD - Average homes ranch and 2 story homes, less attractive than some surrounding subdivisions, but typically lower priced homes.

CAMBRIDGE CROSSING - New subdivision, very family friendly, a through road, but sidewalks to compensate. Middle Income homes, two story brick front, aesthetically pleasing.

THE BLUFFS - A group of 3 or 4 subdivisions set back from the main road and nestled in the mature trees of St. Charles, located just beyond conservation lands. More upscale, but not quite elite, this subdivision offers larger lots and homes with unique features.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - An older, lower income subdivision of average to less than average homes. Best feature is price and school district. Check sex offender registry before moving into any subdivision.

SUBDIVISIONS BETWEEN ZUMBHEL AND MUEGGE
(EASY ACCESS TO 70, 94, OR 364)

TREE TOP DRIVE - Drive Through Community between Country Club Road and Muegge. Great established neighborhood for starter home or downsizing.
