Now the real problem that one can face is that of the integrity of both the calendars I mean the Google calendar and the iPhone calendar. Consider this situation: You need to visit a number of locations say tomorrow and today you forget to recharge your IPhone's battery to its full today. Unfortunately tomorrow you receive too many calls which drain your IPhone's battery very low, so low that it got switched off and unfortunately you had all the calendars holding all the appointments on the iPhone. I am sure you would land in trouble. There's a solution to this. You can simply Sync all your calendar appointments with the Google Calendar online. And this is made possible by this software named NemusSync on IPhone. Here's how you can get this all working.
All that you need is:
1. A Wi-Fi connection or say an internet ready iPhone.
2. Installer App on your iPhone or even Cydia on iPhone will do.
3. IPhone should be jailbreaked.
4. The Time Zone on your IPhone and on your Google Calendar must match.
Installation:
1. Install the BigBoss's repository source to Installer App on your iPhone or Update the Community Sources Repository.
2. Then you can find the NemusSync App in the Installer on your iPhone.
3. After Installation of the NemusSync App on your iPhone start it.
Compatibility:
1. It works on both firmware versions 1.1.x and 2.x.
2. For 1.1.x versions you need to get the version: NemusSync 0.5.8
3. For 2.x versions you need to get the version: NemusSync 0.6.0
Configuration:
1. After starting the application under the section Account List, click on Add New Account.
2. Give your Google ID and Password. Even if you don't provide Description it's ok.
3. Click Save
4. Under the Advanced Tab at the bottom Set Download Events: ON and Upload Events: ON but set Down Only Updated: OFF, this will ensure that you have a full backup of all the events on your Google Calendar and vice versa.
5. Click Save.
6. Under the Default Calendar choose the calendar you just now configured.
7. You are done, now simply click on the option [Sync Calendars].
This will automatically sync both calendars. NemusSync has a Bi-directional approach i.e. all your data on your iPhone calendar will be copied on to the Google Calendar and vice versa. This ensures data integrity. I hope this article has helped you all. Every time you want to Sync simply open NemusSync and click on [Sync Calendars] tab and everything on your calendars will get synchronized.
