Neopets 2010 Advent Calendar Day Eleven: The Pant Devil Strikes!

Every year TNT, The Neopets Team, pulls a prank with the Advent Calendar prizes and once again it was the Rod of Supernova. It shows up on the prize page then gets stolen by the Pant Devil. In addition to that little chuckle Day Eleven gifted us with 849 Neopoints, "Kreludan Hannah Plushie" and "Defenders Holiday Banner". Not bad but not as great as getting a Paint Brush. Yesterday, Day Ten, everyone received "Candy Keys" and when it was released it had no classification, at some point in the day yesterday it was changed to Food so I was pretty stoked that I grabbed a ton of them when they were selling extremely cheap. I am sure the price will level off in a week or so and then I can mass hoard them. "Woodland Archer Cookies" are an oddity; they are still selling for 400 NP or more and I would have thought that they would have dropped by now.

The new prize rotation at Key Quest is nice but the new board is almost impossible to navigate; I played a few rounds last night and was impressed with it but as soon as I switched to another game board I had glitches. I've just about given up on the Apple Bobbing event; you used to be able to get a prize most of the time but all I get are health reductions, stolen Neopoints or a disease. I switched my active pet to see if that would make a difference and it didn't. Since you can't get your pet cured at The Healing Springs because of the Faeries' Ruin plot you are stuck waiting it out or buying an overpriced cure.
