Neopets NC Mall Altador Cup Shop: Haunted Woods and Krawk Island Team Exclusives!

As expected, there's been another update to the NC Mall Altador Cup Shop. Today's addition includes Krawk Island Team Cuffs and Haunted Woods Team Cuffs (both priced at 150 NC). The companion team jerseys haven't been added for these two but I am sure they will surface over the next few days. As a friendly reminder, if you participated in last years event you will want to make sure that you have redeemed all of your points before the next event starts otherwise you will end up losing them. This past weekend was rather dangerous for some members of Neopets; a virus was running amuck in one of the adverts and causing some real problems. This was something that attacked both PC and Mac users and I admit it, I fell for the scam and ended up losing a rather large chunk of money (real world money, not Neopoints) because of it. Never, ever download anything that pops up on your screen and if possible be sure to report the page the advert appeared on. You can check the Help section of the Message Boards to see how others are dealing with this. I sincerely hope that TNT is paying attention to this and checks the adverts they are accepting and the havoc that they can cause when they are triggered to activate on the weekends.

When the Altador Cup goes live the site will be buzzing with activity; if you've never joined in on the event you might want to check it out. Not only can you earn NP for playing the games but you will also earn prize points that are redeemed after the AC ends. You won't know the point to prize point conversion or even what prizes will be made available but I have not been disappointed with any of them so far. The closer the AC draws near the more people will be talking about it and hopefully a message board will open for it soon; you can get some great advice there from veteran players.
