Mt. Everest Trek
Situated in East Nepal, Mt. Everest has a number of trekking routes, that ranges from 2,845 meters to 8, 848 meters above the sea level. Trekkers, with exploring the areas can have a glimpse of the villages of Shrepas and Buddhist Monasteries. The Lukla(9,350 feet) in Khumbu region of Himalayas offers the spectacular view of Ama Dablam, Mt. Everest and Lhotse. One can also trek the 12,887 feet and spend overnight in Thyangboche monastery.
Annapurna Trekking Circuit
One spectacular trekking circuit is in Annapurna region. The charming mountain is opened to foreign trekkers since 1977 and now, with each passing years, trekkers make a must visit, at least once in their life-time. Bahundanda, Chamje, Bagarchap, Cheme, Pisang, Manang, Yak Kharka, Thorung Phedi , Muktinath, Tatopani, Ghorepani, Ghandruk are a few to name.
Langtang
Lying to South Tibetan border, Langtang region offer trekkers with nature in their palms. Helambu Langtang and Gosaikuanda trek is the best trekking spot in Nepal. The route is blessed with a sacred Glacier Lake and as such it is highly looked at by the pilgrims, during the full moon festival in the month of August. The valley has a remarkable national Park, Buddhist Monasteries and besides, seekers can have some superb view of Ganesh Himal, Manashu and Annapurna.
Manaslu Trek
The towering Manaslu measures about 8,163m and lies to the east of Annapurna region. It is 8th highest peak in the Earth and boast of many trails for adventure-seekers. Some suggested itineraries are Baran gaon(995m), Arughat bazaar(530m), Machha Khola(890m), Sama Gompa(3500m), Karche(2785m), Jagat (1314m) etc.
