Even psychiatrists and psychologists believe that nervousness and anger are not signs of psychological abnormality, considering them as natural reactions, depending on the situation the person faces.
However, my studies and research revealed to me that nervousness, anger and hate are completely insane and cannot be logically justified. Even if this behaviour could be justified by actual reasons, it wouldn't stop being unnatural. Excuses and subjective explanations cannot justify its absurdity because it is a violent reaction, and violence is absurd because it only causes destructions.
Many people believe that violence is "necessary" in certain circumstances and, sometimes, even unavoidable. However, violence is always a mistake, in any circumstance, because it can only generate more violence, destruction and despair.
Nervousness is caused by our wild conscience, which is very violent because it is primitive. It is animal, evil, totally selfish and insensitive. This wild conscience is a real monster constantly provoking irritation and vengefulness.
If we were balanced and psychologically fit, we would never feel nervous when anyone attacked us, but we would only feel sad. Sadness is a healthy reaction against suffering, while nervousness, vengefulness and hatred are poisonous reactions that can lead one to the worse stages of craziness.
We shall always forgive everyone, because nobody here can control his behaviour, unless he passes through a very arduous process in which he develops his human conscience.
If we won't forgive our enemies and if we won't suppress our nervousness until it stops dominating us, our wild side will easily and completely destroy our human conscience, before we are able to perceive that this process is occurring inside us and before we can defend ourselves!
Most people cannot understand this truth and mainly, cannot control their nerves. That's why they need psychotherapy through dream interpretation. The wise unconscious that creates our dreams can show us exactly why violence is so absurd and how we can control our behaviour and become really balanced.
After the psychotherapy provided by the unconscious in our dreams, we stop being nervous and desiring revenge. We become calm and comprehensive because we attain wisdom; nothing can disturb our peace of mind and no poison can invade our hearts.
