"If you ever get a cartridge that does not work, they have computer chips on them and most of the time it is a communication problem between the cartridge and the computer chip. About 95% of the troubleshooting I do, it is not the cartridges fault," says Sue. "I love troubleshooting, it is a blast. I think it is really interesting."
