Network Marketing Leadership - Actions or Words?

Start acting your way into a new way of thinking. Most people wear themselves out thinking about success rather than just doing the work to be successful. We can think about leadership, talk about leading, dream about being a leader, but nothing happens until you rotate the pattern (loop). If Network Marketing leaders would cut in half the amount of time we spend talking about leadership and use that extra time to DO the business, our profession would explode. I have never grown my business by talking leadership with a new person, but I have built thousands upon thousand into my business by rotating the pattern. The science side of the business is the pattern and the art side of the business is leadership. If you don't first master the pattern (science), the art side is of no value. Put another way, the science side puts them in and the art side keeps them in. Since the vast majority of Networkers do not have 2 personals sponsored, the vast majority of our teaching ought to be aimed at teaching the science side of the business so that our leadership training will be useful.

Quick question for every Turbo 10 and above: Is the majority of your time spent rotating the pattern with new people? If the answer is no, then I predict your business is not growing. The easiest thing to do is to talk leadership while not rotating the pattern, but the rubber hits the road with STP - Share the Products, Show the Plan and Start the Process. Anyone can reach proficiency in the pattern in less than a month and reach near mastery in less than a year. Have you invested the hours necessary to become a master in your profession? If not, stop talking about leadership and start rotating the pattern night after night. Mastering the pattern, a positive attitude, listening to prospects, and enthusiasm will bring people into your community. The 100 plus seminar attendance level in multiple legs is the first major opportunity to apply the art side into your business to maintain relationships and grow to the next level. I encourage every person in Network Marketing that is reading this article to get a big dream, master the pattern, and along the way learn the leadership necessary to solidify your relationships.
