Divine Intention for Generations
He also explains the generations and God's intention for each generation. This explanation includes the Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Gen Y. His insight of the Divine aspects of each generation and their failures is eye-opening.
Mr. de Leeuw also provides a clear look at society and the trends which are degrading it. After reading this section of the book, I see how easily I accept some things without questioning their validity. I don't want to reveal too much, but it's easy to see how Twitter is affecting our language and therefore our intellectual development after reading his book.
Modern Society
Every one that reads this book will re-evaluate many of the things that are accepted without question. Our society is based on materialism and seeing the impact of it through the author's eyes made me re-think many of the acceptable behaviors I endorse.
Add to all this his prophecies for 2012, and you have a mind-blowing book that everyone will want to read. This book is not only for the spiritual seeker, but for anyone who desires to look at the psychological impact of our every day lives.
Considering our development as individuals and our impact on society, this book invites healthy evaluation of everything we are and everything we do. Community leaders, parents, teachers and churches may all desire to make changes which promote Self-individuation on a grand scale. Hopefully, those who desire a Divine society can learn from this author many things to implement desirous changes for our future.
Deprogramming Ego
For those desirous of deprogramming ego, I found his insights fresh and new. No where else have I read of the practices he mentions. It is obvious he is a scholar of Vedic scriptures which are the oldest scriptures available. Insight from these scriptures provides valuable information for all of us on the spiritual path and desiring a spiritual society.
Good Book Reviews
All good book reviews try to tell about the book without revealing too much information and I haven't said enough to require a spoiler alert. However, the prophecies alone should entice some to read the book.

Excellent review.... :o)
super review, this sounds like a great book, and I totally agree with Siva... our greedy society leaves much to be desired
Deborah, I think I am reading your work for the first time. Thanks for the comments to my piece that led me to yours! This subject is very much close to my heart; in fact, I think and even write on this often, even at the cost of repetition. I strongly feel nobody is prepared to bell the cat of rampant materialism. No control over how our resources, built over billions of years are getting raped at the altar of modern society. We are effectively robbing future generations. I invite you to read some of my articles, mostly cries in the wilderness. One needs so little to find happiness and live in harmony with nature; pure bliss in the end! - siva
