Walmart makes the top of the list this is being developed next to Rona on highway 5. I would suspect this store will open before September. (Finally they have posted a sign to indicate it will be a Walmart Supercentre.
Montfort Chicken will be opening its doors this summer across from Rona at the corner of Highway Five and Horseshoe Crescent.
Starbucks just opened their doors in the same location and Subway will be opening their doors most likely in the begining of May.
The Keg opened this spring in front of Zellers off of Highway five.
The Dollar Store will be opening a store in the same plaza as the Zellers off of Highway five.
This area is booming right now. As I learn more about what is coming to the area I will try to post it. There is also rumor that their will be a shopping plaza opening beside the Rona as well.
Found out an LCBO is opening beside the Scotia Bank in front of the Rona. If you know of any new businesses post a comment.
