When my friend told me that executive chef, Chris Curren, of Blue 13, would be taking over the menu at Elate, I was very surprised, to say the least.
I'm hoping that my favorite menu items like the Cobb Salad, Quiche Elate and The Club, won't be affected too much by the new chef, but knowing Chris's work, it he does make menu changes, they will be awesome. Everyone is wondering if Chris will be incorporating his famous White Truffle Mac 'n' Cheese to the menu, but we won't find out until sometime next week or the middle of January, 2011, when he's slated to come on board.
If you want more information on when chef Chris Curren will be joining Elate, call 312-202-9900.
