Their are lots of secret that can make new companies grow and be more solid. so many companies have fall toady because of not having the secret to grow and i now notice that their are way that companies do follow that make them grow and their are way that do make so many fail too. every company need to have a secret and need to think wise enough in other not to fall but to grow big and bigger without spending much money.

What makes a company grow without spending much money

Their are so many things that makes a company grow without spending much money and some of all these are very important to every company than money spending because it is very right for a company to have good staffs who have nice manner of approach, who knows that customer are always right in what ever they say not what the do, who knows what customers want and how to make it reach to them,hard working staffs too and need enough staffs too.

Every company can also make faster growth by having lots of branches or erecting of their offices in every community,villages,towns,country and states in other to be to the reach of their customers because every one who is a customer will always want to get to a closer branch in other not to have lots of stress dealing with a company of his choice.

Companies also need advertising in other to make known their companies to individual or members of the public and create awayness of their new product or service to the public and other countries too but it does not mean that companies should leave other things and depend on advertising only because advertising it not the only way to make more customers.

I think a company or firm need to spend more money on get goods, product and services that customers demand and can attract in more customers because i know quit well that any company who have customers choice or need do sell more than they have.

Mobility and net working too do help companies and firm grow strong and never have problem reaching their customers because every person need an easy transaction to do and will not like it to cost him a lot of things

Nice looking too do attract, when a company is been beauty for nice decoration, very clean looking good staffs and in a nice environment that will be to every ones reach, they also need to welcome every one equally both the rich and the poor, little kids and adults but most be responsible people and make sure they give every one equal service according to their demand.

What makes companies and firms fall or do not grow

Not having enough staffs can make a company fall because their will not be much means of reaching their customers, not having enough branches in different locations in other for their customers to get reach to them quickly, not friendly to people mostly their customers and other companies too, not advertising in different locations to make most of their services known to their customers and also not having enough mobility and networking. all this and others too do lead to a down fall of a company.
