New England Patriots 2010 Depth Chart Prediction
Tom Brady: This will be another banner year for Tom Brady as he will throw for 4000 yards, in addition to having 37 touchdowns for the 2010 season. Tom Brady is the fastest QB to reach 100 wins, and it is apparent that if the Patriots will appear in the 2010 divisional playoffs, 90% of it will depend on how well Brady plays in 2010. By the end of the 2010 season Brady will post a 95.2 QB rating, and have 388 pass completions.
Randy Moss: Despite Super Freak Randy Moss outspoken comments pertaining to his salary, as well as if the Patriots organization will renew his contract for the 2011 season, Moss will be a key factor that will provide the Patriots with an edge approaching the second half of the season. Moss will play for all 16 games, and post 87 receptions, in addition to having another double digit touchdown campaign. Sad to announce, but Randy Moss must be stricken from the Patriots fantasy team - as he has been traded to the Minnesota Vikings, time to readjust your fantasy rankings before week 5 games begin.
Wes Welker: The terminating ground-gainer will not light up the score boards in the first half of the season, but he will pick up steam in the second half of the 2010 season. Welker will miss 2 games due to a minor injury - which will prevent him from having a 1300 yard season, but he will produce 11 touchdowns. Fantasy Football Players will readjust their rankings during the Patriots bye week - to include Welker in their top 7 ratings among wide receivers.
BenJarvus Green-Ellis: BenJarvus will be the featured back for the Patriots in 2010, his fantasy stock will not be in the top 10, but he will be a surprise pick for the few and bold fantasy players who will include him in their top 10 hot pick running backs. BenJarvus will post 12 touchdowns, and post 1093 yards rushing, in addition to having 220 receiving yards, and he will only have 2 fumbles for the year.
Fred Taylor: The indisputable talents of Fred Taylor will help the Patriots earn a right to appear in the divisional playoffs; Taylor will get hot in the second half of the season. Fred Taylor is in the twilight of his career, but he will double all of his previous 2009 stats, and he will assist Danny Woodhead in becoming a better all-around running back.
