Some Recipes You Won't Find on the Side of the Mayo Jar

Dan Fiorella
Is it me, or is Thanksgiving dinner becoming the same-old same-old? Okay, maybe it is me. Anyway, in an effort to spice up the old turkey day feast, I've put together a staff of international chefs to prepare a tradition Thanksgiving dinner, Internationalé!
• Sweet & Sour Potatoes - A saucy little side dish that can drive men mad. Jackie Chan once killed a man for taking his sweet and sour potatoes.

• Turkey Catetori - Joey from Little Italy whipped up this dish one afternoon after a couple of sambucas. It was an immediate hit. Turkey so tender and so moist, you can practically drink it.

• Water chestnut stuffing - A little taste of the Far East with this extra crunchy stuffing. Just like Mao used to make. And an hour later, you're thankful again.

• Jamaican Smoked Turkey - No, we don't know what they were smoking when they made this.

• Sushi potpie - What can we say, raw fish served in raw crust. All you need is something to wash it down with.

• Pumpkin wurst - Who can say no to orange sausage?

• Mince meat loaf - It wasn't easy getting the mince to stick together, but, boy, is it worth it!

• Chestnut butter and Jelly - it's comfort food only edgy and different.

• Cranberries flambé - It's more then just a desert, it's a fire hazard.

• Pumpkin l'orange - Yes, it sure is orange. And nothing rhymes with it.

It's this kind of food that makes you wonder what the Pilgrims were thinking.
