"It' does not take a genius to figure out? If you inhale industrial glue on a daily basis, it will most likely give you a physical headache and create other health related problems as well. Consuming and actually "tasting this carpet glue, will NOT give you a buzz!" It will just make you sick!" Ask any expert carpet laying person.
State-Wide governments here in the USA feel that since smokers are already inhaling "Carbon Monoxide" from cigarette smoke. Adding an additional harmful chemical such as "Carpet Glue" can NOT hurt them any worse? Non-smokers seem to think this will be a safer future for daily smokers? (Although, very little research was conducted before passing this new 2009 nation-wide USA law).
Thus in return creating these NEW "self-extinguishing cigarettes" which seem to go out in approx. two minutes or less if smokers don't continue to "puff away!" Nation-wide smokers of 2009 have been reported as experiencing more headaches and other health problems as a result of these new Fire Standard Complaint (FSC) cigarettes.
As of Friday January 1, 2010. These are the states that are among the last to require that ALL state-wide cigarettes meet standards first implemented by New York law six years ago. The states with laws going on the books this week of the new year 2010 are Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
These NEW FSC cigarettes have (3) three bands of non-explosive carpet glue inside the wrapper of each USA cigarette. The NEW FSC cigarettes have also been reported as having NO saltpeter (potassium nitrate) which made the past history of cigarettes burn longer. Similar to a cigar that has NEVER been reported as has having this particular chemical ingredient.
In other words? Have you ever noticed that when you smoke a cigar and place it down on the astray, it seems to go out within a few minutes or less. The good part is? The cigar seems to last longer for more smoking pleasure, especially if it's an expensive cigar. You can always pick it up and re-light it.
Apparently? The USA government and the tobacco companies seem to feel this is the answer for smokers to save money and also cut down on household fires each year. Because the past cigarettes would continuously burn down to the filter creating a long stain on carpets, bed sheets and couches and possible household fires.
This year after year problem also involves "heavy drinkers of straight liquor?" Which means that these consumers are at risk of a highly explosive situation in their home. Although, it does it take a certain amount of heat to create a fire. These two ingredients of cigarette smoking and highly explosive drinking alcohol creates many deaths each year.
At the present time of the ending year of 2009 December. An average pack of cigarettes here in the State of Georgia is $4.75. Creating more financial problems for smokers in the near future, which internet rumors have stated this outrageous price will eventually rise even more sometime in the year of 2010.
"Some 2009 smokers have also stated that they seem to buy less cigarettes, simply because these NEW FSC cigarettes extinguish themselves while they are busy and just don't notice in the past of these continuous burning cigarettes. "Chain smokers" claim that that these new cigarettes go out too quickly, meaning that they have to "puff more" in return.

Post a Commentlol at I agree with you on this. I don't even like looking at a cigarette now, much less smoking it. They were bad before, but now they are worse & I hate it.
These new 'FSC' cigs taste like crap and cause burning ashes to drop all over the place, like on my hand. Also, I have to keep puffing away to keep the damn thing lit! I've noticed alot of nausea too. Way to go - they've made it so miserable that I am going to quit. I really DID enjoy it, but not anymore. I'm sure that this was the plan all along. Fire safe - my a$$.
