Two Chicks with Chocolate went from a kiosk at the Menlo Park Mall less than 7 years ago to making their debut at the International Chocolate Show in New York in 2009. This premium chocolatier has just rolled out their latest product called The Wine Collection: Merlot and Cabernet infused chocolates sold in a wine shaped box. Two Chicks with Chocolate has also paired up with New Jersey based CMSC Spirits to create The Spirit of Liberty Spiritini-a Bourbon cream flavored chocolate martini.
New Jersey Chocolatiers - Mrs. Hanna Krause Candy, Paramus and Toms River
Covering North and South Jersey, Mrs. Hanna Krause Candy has been making chocolate treats in the Garden State since 1929. This chocolate 'Jersey girl' sells a number of homemade confections including filled candies, nut bark, butter crunch, and cherry cordials. Fans of Mrs. Hanna Krause Candy can also order custom made party favors for any occasion.
New Jersey Chocolatiers - Enjou Chocolat, Morristown
Don't be fooled by the tiny store front! Enjou Chocolat is packed with chocolate heaven from chocolate dipped fruits to chocolate covered candy apples. Enjou Chocolat also offers a Chocolate of the Month Club. For $25 a month, the lucky recipient will get whatever cocoa creation Enjou Chocolat is featuring that month.
New Jersey Chocolatiers - Nagel's Candy Barn, Randolph and Wayne
Any chocolatier lucky enough to be featured on Food Network deserves mention. Nagel's Candy Barn makes all its creations in Randolph and ships them to a satellite store in Wayne on Route 23. In addition to filled, dipped, and molded chocolate candies, Nagel's also sells their own melt and mold wafers so you can create your own cocoa confections at home.
