New Lypsyl LypMoisturizer: A Healing Moisturizer with Natural Ingredients

JRS
I must admit I am a sucker for gadgets and neat packaging. So, when I saw Lypsyl lip moisturizer in the super market, and saw that it was affordably priced, I just had to try it.

Seeing that the moisturizer contained natural ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, and vitamins A & E, was another encouraging factor. I also noted that Lypsil LypMoisturizer is NOT tested on Animals, which was another favorable plus!

Lypsyl LypMoisturizer was hanging among the other lip care products in a bright yellow-orange hexagonal shaped package that really popped out at me. This product had a little picture of a bumblebee on the package, which was actually designed to look like part of a honeycomb. I next noticed the sort of oval shape of the tube and the shiny, green-metallic cap. I also noticed at a glance that the tube had a slider bar rather than a twist dial for dispensing the balm. This also strikes my fancy because of the ease of use.

It wasn't until the next day that I actually used the Lypsyl LypMoisturizer. The .10 oz. package claimed the balm would help moisturize, soften, and protect my lips naturally because of its being made with Pure Swedish Beeswax. This original formula has a minty flavor to refresh, coconut oil to moisturize, organic shea butter to heal and protect, and vitamins A & E to soften and heal ones lips.

When I removed the Lypsyl LypMoisturizer from its package I noticed the push-up slider was actually in the shape of a bee! How cute is that! The button moved along easily and the balm went on smooth and moist, not at all sticky or waxy like some moisturizers. I inhaled the slightest scent of mint when I applied it and it made my entire mouth feel refreshed. There was the tiniest bit of tingling on the tip of my tongue when I licked my lips. I blew out air and a clean sensation came over my mouth. The lip moisturizer did not disappear once I applied it. I felt it on my lips, but it was not an uncomfortable feeling, rather it made my lips feel moist and good. Nor were they overly shiny like with a lip-gloss. I started thinking this would be perfect for wearing under lipstick. Men would love this also since there is no color in it.

The Lypsyl LypMoisturizer lasted most of the day, through my sipping hot tea, eating and apple, and later, through most of my lunch until I deliberately wiped my mouth.

I absolutely love this lip moisturizer and I wish they made a line of lipsticks that felt this good on your lips.
