On the east side of New Mexico is a hidden gem of a barbeque spot. Clovis, New Mexico is home to the Rib Crib BBQ & Grill. Mr. Powdrell's Barbeque House is a must-try for visitors to Albuquerque. There are three locations in Albuquerque and, even better, Powdrell's caters events all over the Rio Grande Valley.
