OCTOBER 1 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:
The Social Network: The Facebook movie has already made a lot of friends among the critics at its New York Film Festival premiere. Jesse Eisenberg and Rooney Mara star in the story of how it all started. It's rated PG-13 for sex, drugs, and language.

Let Me In: Why did the fine Swedish film Let The Right One In need to be remade? Still, Director Matt Reeves (Felicity) does a competent job with this story of vampires and teenage bullies. This new film is rated R for violence and language.

Freakonomics: The best-selling nonfiction book gets the treatment from 6 leading documentary filmmakers exploring the hidden side of everything. It's rated PG-13 for violence, sex and drugs.

OCTOBER 8 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:
Life As We Know It: Two singles (Katherine Heigl, Josh Duhamel) adopt an orphan whose parents died in a car crash. Don't people see enough orphan stories on Lifetime TV? This new film is rated R for sex and language.

Secretariat: An inexperienced housewife (Diane Lane) pulls off the first Triple Crown winner in 25 years. Oh yeah, the horse is impressive too. John Malkovich also stars in this PG-rated new movie from Disney.

Tamara Drewe: Director Stephen Frears' (The Queen) latest production got a warm reception at Cannes and Telluride. Gemma Arterton stars as a young reporter whose childhood home is being sold. This new film is rated R for language and sex.

OCTOBER 15 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:
Jackass 3-D: it's best for those who think head injuries are funnier when filmed in 3-D. In addition to dangerous stunts, Jackass 2 used the F-word 253 times so expect more of the same but in 3-D.

Conviction: The true story of a working mother (Hilary Swank) who goes to law school to represent her brother who was wrongfully convicted of murder. The strong cast also includes Sam Rockwell, Juliette Lewis and Minnie Driver. It's rated R for language and some violence.

Red: Based on the D.C. Comics by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, this action-comedy stars big names including Helen Mirren, Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman. It's rated PG-13 for violence.

OCTOBER 22 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:
Hereafter: Clint Eastwood directs an inquiry into the afterlife. Matt Damon stars in this new film rated PG-13 for mature themes and language.
