SEPTEMBER 3 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:

Machete: Based on a fake trailer from Grindhouse, an ex-Federale seeks revenge on his old boss. The intentionally schmaltzy performances include Danny Trejo, Robert De Niro, Lindsey Lohan, and Quentin Tarantino. It's rated R for extreme violence and sex.

The American: An assassin (George Clooney) waits for his last assignment before retirement in the Italian countryside where he romances a local woman (Violante Placido). Given Placido's blathering on about the sex scene, be glad she didn't write the script. This new film is rated R for violence and sex.

Going the Distance: Drew Barrymore stars in another romantic comedy about another long-distance relationship. It's based on the real life story of its producer, but doesn't seem to be very interesting for anyone but him. It's rated R for sex and drugs.

SEPTEMBER 10 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:

Resident Evil- Afterlife: Zombies make history with this first live-action movie based on a video game to be in 3-D. This new film is rated R for violence and language.

I'm Still Here: Either Joaquin Phoenix quit acting to become a rapper or it's a marathon prank. Casey Affleck directs this documentary or mockumentary, whichever.

Heartbreaker: This French romantic comedy features a brother-sister team that breaks up relationships for a living. If nothing else, it may please fans of Romain Duris (Moliere and Russian Dolls).

SEPTEMBER 17 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:

Never Let Me Go: Why do clones fall in love? Another novel from Kazuo Ishiguro (Remains of The Day) comes to the screen with Andrew Garfield and Keira Knightley. This new film is rated R for some sex.

The Town: Ben Affleck stars and directs as a Boston bank robber who gets smitten with a hostage and hunted by the FBI. It's rated PG-13 for mature themes.

Devil: People get stuck in an elevator with the devil. Dear M. Night Shyamalan, when you're in a hole stop digging. It's rated PG for violence and language.

Jack Goes Boating: Philip Seymour Hoffman stars and directs in a story about 2 New York City couples that he originated on stage with his theater company. This new film is rated for drugs and sex.

SEPTEMBER 24 NEW MOVIE TRAILERS:

Wall Street - Money Never Sleeps: Now that we all know greed wasn't good after all, Oliver Stone brings back Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas). It's rated PG-13 for language.
