New Observations

A Poem About a Newborn Baby

Chelle

Fine lines of detail
articulate of blossoms
under fine tipped eyelashes
dimples and roses like
cuddle up quick rainstorms
Simple sweet lines
miniature kind
relative to delicate strength
beyond insight of self and who else
introductions unsaid
a vision of someone I've already met

This piece is something that she will grow to treasure. It is so lovely and the imagery of blossoms and roses work so well here for your reference to a baby girl.

You should print that and frame it for her room. You should also write for poetry.com.
