New Virgin Oceans Sexiest in Richard Branson Transportation Line

Sheri Fresonke Harper
Richard Branson released news of his solo piloted deep ocean flying submarine on April 5 in Newport Beach, Calif., according to Global News Blog. He intends this to break the world records for descending to the deepest realms of the ocean on five separate dives to places never reached before. View the video here.

Deep ocean submarines need to protect the occupant from pressure, cold temperatures and provide lights while providing locomotion. Branson has allied with Google Maps to help document where the vehicle goes. Just like outer space, the world's oceans have the potential to open the doors to many discoveries, including shipwrecks, new species, minerals, and help us understand how our planet's geology works.

Other hot Virgin Transportation offerings from Branson include Virgin Galactic, three Virgin Airlines, Virgin Trains, Virgin LimoBike and Virgin Balloon Rides, all offering Virgin Lifestyle offerings where you can imbibe Virgin Drinks and Wines, read Virgin Books, browse Virgin websites, check up on your Virgin Money, talk to your Virgin Healthcare professional and listen to Virgin Music. Wait. Is there Virgin food? What is Richard Branson thinking? Caviar? Truffles? Bohemian Chocolates? Apparently some things are left to Mother Nature.

Virgin Galactic Recently Announced Contracts to Fly Scientists

Based on the X Prize-winning Space Ship One, Space Ship Two already has contracts to take two scientists into space for research. This is in addition to 400 other individuals who have signed on to take the flight. It is the only crewed suborbital vehicle in flight test today, according to the Virgin Galactic website. Quite an accomplishment for Richard Branson.

Virgin America Added to Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Blue Airlines

Virgin America just opened its new San Francisco headquarters which will also be used by Virgin Galactic, according to the Virgin Galactic website. Virgin Atlantic flies to 30 destinations around the world. Virgin Blue flies to many destinations in the Caribbean in a joint venture with Samoa and with Australia's new Australian V Airline.

Virgin Trains Offers Train Transportation in the UK

Virgin Trains has routes throughout the United Kingdom.

Virgin LimoBike Offers Experienced Licensed Motorcycle Chauffeurs

For people in a hurry and want to get from one place to another with speed, Virgin LimoBike can take you from London to wherever you are going. They even have storage space for luggage.

Virgin Balloon Offers Champagne Balloon Flights

If your tourist experience lacks an apex experience or appropriate world view, Virgin Balloon Flights can take you up in over 100 launch sites in the UK.

One of the coolest thing about Branson's Virgin Transportation offerings is that they don't accept limits on what travelers might want, Space is not a limit for Virgin Galactic nor is depth a limit for Virgin Oceans. And the Virgin websites offer fairly uniform web page access for scheduling your experience and allows the use of PayPal.

Now if someone would just hand me $20 million or so, I'm off to the deep sea or up into outer space. But while I'm waiting, I can always browse through Virgin Holidays.

Cute. If I had $20 million, I would be looking at travel as well. Possibly the around the world kind, but I would attempt most of it by car and plane.
