If you're looking for a party supply store with the most selection, you'll have to check out Party City. The one I like is located at 4410 Wyoming, near Menaul. There is also another Party City located on 10253 Coors. What I like about Party city is all the amazing variety they carry! They have every theme possible in every design! You can find matching plates, streamers, party toys and balloons. The selection there is limitless. So if you're looking for a specific theme, try there first. However, expect to pay a pretty penny! Or at least not a cheap one. If you're in the market of shopping for New Years, they sell New Years hats, confetti, and those little blow whistles!

DollarTree:

My personal favorite place to shop for party decorations is DollarTree. They may not carry as much of a selection as Party City, but they do have an adequate amount to choose from. You'll find generic and colorful decorations to more elaborate ones centered around a theme. They are always in stock for the upcoming season. You can find a banner for only $1 or a set of party favors, usually 5-6 also for only $1. DollarTree is a place that just can't be beat. My favorite DollarTree is located on Zuni and San Mateo, next to Big Lots.

Target:

Although I don't tend to buy my decorations at Target, I got to say I love their creative nature! Every year around Christmas I stop by Target just to check out all their holiday decorations. I think Target has some of the nicest and refined taste in decoration. Target is a bit more expensive than Wal-mart but their quality makes up for it. In the back corner of Target stores is where they tend to sell their current holiday decorations. There you'll be able to find your New Years decorations from Mardi Gras beads to colorful, shiny hats. You can even find festive plastic champagne glasses! Here's a tip, go closer to New Year's Eve and you'll more than likely find the New Years stuff on sale!
