New Years Eve 2010: Las Vegas Will Host Over 300,000 People and Have a Fire and Ice New Years Eve

Las Vegas always knows how to party on New Years Eve and ringing in 2010 will be no exception. The Rio will shower Las Vegas with snow at midnight during a spectacular fireworks show along the famed Las Vegas Strip.

New Years Eve this year the Voodoo Lounge will not only host the best location to watch the fireworks along the famed Las Vegas Strip. They will also blast Las Vegas with snow at midnight as the fireworks explode up and down the Las Vegas Boulevard.

Voodoo Lounge high atop the Masquerade Tower of the Rio will be decked out in "winter white." The decor will include ice sculptures along with the all decor. There will be a fire and ice performance team along with the famous voodoo dolls. DJ's will be DJ Quickie Mart, Video DJ Crime and DJ Jeff G. Eva Longoria will open her new nightclub in the middle of the newest Las Vegas destination CityCenter on New Years Eve. The new nightclub, appropriately named Eve, will be a centerpiece for Fox Network's New Years Eve coverage. CityCenter is banking on Eva Longoria's celebrity to bring in plenty of business to their 8.9 billion dollar gamble. A ticket to the opening of Eve is not offered anywhere. Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz and Robin Thicke host two MGM parties.

Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz is hosting a party at the Jet Nightclub at the Mirage. Jet has always had a strong New Years Eve party in the past. Previous hosts in the past for Jet have been Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson. Step down? Meanwhile popular under the radar celebrity Robin Thicke, son of 80's icon Allen Thicke, is hosting a party at The Bank at Bellagio.

Christina Aguilera and The Black Eyed Peas also host parties.

Christina Aguilera will be the host for Tao Las Vegas New Years Eve festivities inside of the Venetian. The Black Eyed Peas will be hosting a knockdown drag out New Years Eve celebration at party central otherwise known as the Luxor.

Las Vegas will also host the biggest firework show this side of the equator. An estimated 315,000 people will litter the famed Las Vegas Strip to witness the event, not to mention all four major networks and 10 more cable channels.
