2011 is less than a month away and it is already time to New Year's Eve plans. There will be parties all over New York City on New Year's Eve and it can be hard to choose which one to attend. Here are some venues that will help you say goodbye to 2010 and end it with a bang.

New Year's Eve 2010 at Sequoia

Consider spending your New Year's Eve by the water. Located in the Financial District, Sequoia has breathtaking skyline and harbor views. The restaurant will have a six hour open bar until 3 a.m. You can also catch the fireworks on their outdoor patio.

Festivities at Sequoia will start at 9 p.m. and end at 4 a.m. General admission is $115 and VIP tables are $165 per person. Tickets to Sequoia also include free admission to an after party in Times Square at Club Cheetah.

AMC Theaters Times Square

Why stand out in the cold in a sea of people all night in when you can party indoors while in Times Square ? The theater has a great view of the ball drop and is an ideal family destination for kids 13 and older.

The theater has multiple levels to party on and a five hour open bar from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. for guests 21 and older. Tickets start at $35 and are considerably cheaper compared to what most New York City clubs are charging on New Year's Eve.

Bryant Park Grill

Bryant Park Grill is a classy venue located behind the New York Public Library. This upscale event will circulate complimentary champagne when the ball drops at midnight . Guests will also have access to a six hour open bar, hors d'oeuvres and a continental breakfast. Tickets cost $155 for general admission and $225 for VIP. Bryant Park Grill promises a sophisticated evening and three themed rooms.

Gotham Hall New Year's Eve 2010

The New Year's Eve Ball 2011 at Gotham Hall is going to be an extravagant event presented by Esquire Magazine. You'll get to party inside a grand ballroom and celebrate under Gotham Hall's skylight from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. According to City's Best, tickets for the ball range from $125 to $215. The VIP package includes two bottles of champagne, vodka and meals.
