With the holidays just upon us, it is time to begin thinking about where we are going to spend New Year's Eve. There are some of us who may be content to stay at home and watch the big ball come down in Times Square on the television, but for the young at heart it is all about whereto party. If you live in the District of Columbia and you are searching for the perfect New Year's Eve Party, here are a few of the best parties in town.

Kennedy Center

    Actually, none of the above. I had made other plans to attend a ballroom dance event called the Yuletide Ball, which is part of a three day ballroom dance competition. The cruise on the Potomac
    probably would have been nice.
