I had a great time at the Castle. Upon arriving everybody was sectioned off into jousting groups and seated accordingly. There are things to buy which include taking pictures to souvenirs. Children can get a thrill out of the goings on of the people in medieval costumes and the horses and of course the show. It is interactive and the audience will quickly realize that they are seated as in the times where they can cheer and be a part of the entire ambiance.
The food is Cornish chicken and ribs...very informal. I think this is a great place to spend a holiday or birthday. You will come away with a great memory and hopefully pick up some memorabilia.
