1) Party City- Party City is a nationwide chain of party supply and decor stores, with 2 stores in the Raleigh, and several in the surrounding areas. They have a few aisles of New Years supplies (typically located around their Christmas things). They offer everything you'll need for New Years Eve, including balloons, decoration, music, invites, tablewear, noisemakers, and much more. They offer also party kits, which can save you a lot of money. The party kits range from $20-$200 and the individual items vary depending on what you'd like.
