In assessing the best New Year's Myspace layouts, I looked at quantity, quality, ease of navigation of the site and ease of getting the code for the layout itself.

They range from the classy, fireworks and champagne to the glittery words and dropping balls and crowds cheering in the New Year. They haven't yet updated to 2009 though, so it could be a bit dated. However, the site is very easy to use and really easy to navigate. It also has some good designs.

3. Freecodesource.com always has really colorful and really fun designs, although there are not always a lot of them to choose from. I would still give them a try though, because they are easy to navigate, have a decent selection of all types of styles and are just generally fun.

While there are not a ton to choose from, the ones that are there are bright, creative and unique. The site is easy to navigate and the code is easy to fit to your Myspace profile.

7. Pyzam.com is an uber-popular site for New Year's Myspace layouts (all layouts actually) and for other assorted widgets. I love the selection that they have. The site is being constantly updated with new layouts. However, it can be overwhelming, disorganized and very hard to navigate. Prizam has intricate New Year's Myspace layouts available as well as more easy to use ones. You can pick and choose depending upon your experience level.

While the site is simple to use and easy to understand, there are a lot of really annoying pop-ups that users have to deal with and the selection isn't as good as some of the other websites that are out there.

While there are pop-ups, they aren't as frequent or as annoying as the pop-ups on codemylayout.com's website. You are able to preview your layouts and most of them are pretty well done.
