When dealing with meat, I have to be concerned about digestion and possible stomach viruses.

The best thing about fruits is that you don't have to eat many of them and they are very cheap. You can find them in almost every market; I can find them for cheap prices easily in India. A great way to lose more pounds is to keep your appetite low and your cravings for fatty foods and desserts off your mind. When fruits are eaten in the morning, you may not even feel hungry at all until dinner time - that's how well it can keep you from taking in too many calories.

As you build up your appetite for fruits and continuously lower your intake of harmful fatty foods, you'll start replacing ice cream and pies with fruits instead. The long term benefits are incredible. You will have healthy weight loss, feel stronger, save more money, reduce the risk of cancer, and keep your immune system strong. And most importantly, your quality of life will gain a substantial boost.
