New Year's Party - Rum Drinks

A Cherry Daiquiri is a fun fruity drink, perfect for any New Year's Eve Party. You will need:

- 1 ounce light rum

- ¾ ounce cherry brandy

- ¾ ounce lime cordial

- 2 teaspoons kirsch

- maraschino cherry for garnish

In a mixer, mix all of the ingredients with ice and then train into a cocktail glass. Don't forget the cherry!

A Caipirissima is a good drink to serve if you really want to impress your guests and it only requires 3 ingredients:

- 1 lime

- 1 teaspooon brown sugar

- 1 ¾ ounces light rum

Cut the lime into slices and then crush them in the glass. Add the sugar, some crushed ice, and then top it off with the light rum. Stir and serve.

A creamy Jamaica Kiss is perfect for a New Year's Eve Party on a cold night. You will need these ingredients:

- ¾ ounce dark rum

- ¾ ounce crème de café

- ¾ ounce light cream

Simply pour the rum and crème de café into a cocktail glass and then pour the cream to float on top.

If you don't care for the coffee taste, but would like a creamy drink to serve at your party, try a Parisian Blonde:

- ¾ ounce dark rum

- ¾ ounce triple sec

- ¾ ounce light cream

Shake all of the ingredients together in a mixer with ice And strain into a cocktail glass.

Don't forget to decorate your party for a fun and festive New Year's. You can use decorative glasses, picks for your garnishes, and serve up some tasty food.
