A Jalapa is a fruity, fun drink. It's easy to make so you can spend more time entertaining the guests at your New Year's Eve Party. It only requires 3 ingredients:

- 1 ounce tequila

- 1 ounce lime juice

- 1 ounce passion- fruit nectar

Using a mixer filled with ice, mix all of your ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass. If you want, you can add a lime slice to the glass for a garnish.

For a unique and surprising drink, serve your guests a Brave Bull:

- 1 ounce tequila

- 1 ounce Kahlua

Mix all ingredients with ice and then strain into a sherry glass.

For an elegant party, try serving a Tebonnet. You will need:

- 1 ounce tequila

- 1 ounce Dubbonnet

- slice of lemon for garnish

Mix all of the ingredients (except lemon slice) in a glass, and then fill with crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon.

A Viva is an excellent drink for a party. You will need:

- 2 ounces passion-fruit juice

- 2 ounces orange juice

- 1 ½ ounces white tequila

- ¾ ounce orange curacao

- 2 teaspoons lime juice

- 1 strawberry and 1 slice star fruit for garnish

Mix ingredient together in a tall glass with ice cubes and then garnish with fruit.

Be sure to decorate for your party! You can use special glasses, decorative garnish picks, New Year's party favors, and serve up some delicious finger foods. If all else fails, you can just take shots with lime and salt!
