New Year's Party - Vodka Drinks

If you're serving dinner at your New Year's Eve party, a Russian Fruit makes an outstanding after dinner drink and it's simple to make:

- 1 ½ ounces vodka

- ¾ ounce raspberry cordial

Mix all of the ingredients together in a rocks glass with ice cubes. You could add a raspberry for garnish if desired.

A Pacific Blue is a fun, sweet drink. You will need:

- ¾ ounce crème de banane

- ¾ ounce blue curacao

- 2 teaspoons vodka

- 2 teaspoons coconut flavored liqueur

- maraschino cherry for garnish

Using a mixing glass, combine ingredients and then strain into a cocktail glass. Be sure to sugar the rim of your glass. Cherry on top!

A Babyface is a creamy drink, which is comforting on a cold night. The ingredients you will need are:

- ¾ ounce vodka

- ¾ ounce light cream

- ¾ ounce crème de cassis

Shake all the ingredients together in an ice filled mixer and then strain into a champagne glass.

A Salty Dog is an easy, fruity drink that only requires 2 ingredients:

- 1 ½ ounces vodka

- grapefruit juice

Salt the rim of a rocks glass and then pour the vodka in. Top up the glass with grapefruit juice.
