Helping to turn your New Year's resolution into a reality it's a promise you make year after year eat healthy exercise and lose those extra pounds.
I love this time year because people have great health intentions, but between work your kids it's hard to find time for yourself. The first thing is forget about the gym instead include exercise into your daily routine or you want to do it right in your home here are a few ideas for people that are way over scheduled.
First fall long with an exercise video or great post holiday specials or even go to your library for no extra charge you can rent a few things you could also TiVo or DVR some of the cable shows and that gives you the opportunity to do a low impact exercise or some yelled at classes. You could also park your car about 15 minutes away from your office that you have to walk 15 minutes to work and at the end of the day 15 minutes back to your car. Reagan tried TV workout because at least 30 minutes a day we watch the news or sitcom so I'm suggesting people do is instead of flopping on the couch during the show do some low impact things like marching in place or some leg raises and then during the commercials do some jumping jacks or running on the spot and in 30 minutes you will have earned major calories. Your body doesn't care where the exercise comes from it just needs at exercise to maintain your healthy style of living.
Here's a quick two-pronged plan to start living a healthier lifestyle for the new year
step one: Each day starting January 1 incorporate one healthy item it doesn't matter what it is if it's just carrots Apple's or other fruits and vegetables into your diet every day.
Step two: purchase calorie book and keep track of the calories that you are eating every day eating your typical diet. Keep your daily totals no matter what you're eating no matter how healthy it is to keep that total between 1200 and 1600 calories per day.
If you can just stick to these two steps you will start to notice a difference and start to lose those unwanted pounds.
A short note on exercise if you can manage to just work out four days a week concentrating two of those days towards a cardiovascular workout and two of those days to a light weight lifting routine urine to see differences in a hurry. Combine a healthy lifestyle using the two-step process above and a four day a week 20 minute a day workout plan you're on your way to making your body fat burning furnace.
