New Years Resolutions for David Beckham

John Smither
There have been many things said and written about David Beckham, the fact that he is wanted by so many companies to promote their product or products. It could be easy to forget that he is just a very talented sportsman, a sportsman that married a very famous singer. He is now such an icon, it is impossible to walk down the street without seeing his face on some billboard or other staring back at you. So here is a fun list of resolutions he could make this New Years Eve.

1- I will feed my wife (she looks like she needs a good meal).

2- I will stop naming my kids after where they were conceived (Victoria, how do you spell .....).

3- I will stop using more beauty products than my wife. (She needs them more than I do).

4- I will stay loyal to one soccer team for at least a year (Victoria where did you say you wanted to go after Milan?).

5- I will keep the same hair style for at least a year. (But I have had this one for a month now).

6- 'You know', I will stop saying 'you know' after you know every other word you know when being interviewed, you know. (I don't do that do I?).

7- 'Err,' I will stop filling in gaps, err when I don't know the answer, err in my interviews with err.

8- I will make err soccer my number 1 career, you know, and not modeling. (Err my wife is the model, you know, but I am the better looking, you know.) And we could really do with the money. You know.

9- I will not continue to make those commercials, err for unrelated to my career products, you know.

10- I will continue to make as much money as I possibly can, every one but me thinks this money tree can't last forever (err can't it).
