New York City throbs with nightlife! From hip hop to jazz, and everything in between, New York City has a club that will satisfy your taste for a fun filled evening of clubbing.

1. Crobar - New York City nightlife at its best can be found at Crobar. This club inhabits three buildings that span an entire city block and cover over 30,000 square feet of space. Featuring six multi-tiered rooms, three balconies, a subway tunnel, and an art gallery Crobar appeals to many types of clubbers. They offer five different types of venues: The Main Room, The Mezzanine, The Prop Room, Ultra VIP and The Reed Room. Emerging from the tunnel The Main Room has a 2,500 square foot dance space and is 10,000 square feet big. The ceilings are 60 feet high and there is a 100 x 32 foot media wall. There is a rock and roll grid scaffolding against this wall that features individual pods which contain dancers, performers on trampolines and interactive video projections. From the dance floor 3 staircases go up to the Mezzanine where there are intimate bungalows offering a view of the main dance floor. The Prop Room is a "club within a club". Here VIPs enter the exclusive 5,000 square foot lounge through a separate entrance. The Ultra VIP lounge is the club's most intimate lounge for private gatherings of 40 to 70 guests in a 1,500 square foot setting. The Reed Room is a 5,000 square foot lounge with private entrance and separate sound system and is designed to showcase live music and performance for 300 standing or 150 seated guests.

2. Club Sol - Spending an evening at Club Sol is sure to provide you with an unforgettable experience. This club features a 30' ceiling, exposed brick walls, a state of the art sound and lighting system, a computer controlled video system with 9 projectors, and an in-house lighting and technical production staff. Combine all that with unsurpassed service, good music, a nice crowd and strong drinks and you come up with a New York night to remember. Nightlife at it's best! Fridays at Sol are "Easy Fridays" featuring hip hop, R&B, and reggae. An evening of rotating all star DJ's will keep you moving all night. On "Sexy Saturdays" the guest DJ sends out a mix of hip hop, R&B, reggae, house and rock. Sexy go-go dancers and aerialists put on a show all night long. 3. Club B.E.D - This unusual New York City hot spot of nightlife is located in a 15,000 square foot bi-level penthouse in a converted warehouse space. Patrons are whisked into a private elevator and are taken up to the sixth floor where the B.E.D experience begins. They are asked to remove their shoes and are given specially designed slippers. They then are escorted into one of three sections: the tiered beds, the dramatic bar or the curved dining area, separated by a glass video projection screen. The From the 6th floor loft a grand staircase takes you to the 7th floor roof top. The view is spectacular offering the guests a stunning 360 degree view of the Manhattan skyline and the city's best djs spin a good mix of hip hop, R&B, rock, reggae and 80's. The roof deck consists of over sized canopied beds nestled between beautiful landscaping and two full sized bars. With its excellent food, exotic drinks -such as The Vixen, The Horny Little Devil and The Red Head - and unusual serving style B.E.D attracts many celebrities as it's patrons. New York City nightlife at its best can be experienced at B.E.D in the heart of North Chelsea's Art District at 530 West 27th Street.

4. Cafe Wha? - Located in a basement in the heart of Greenwich Village, Cafe Wha? is a lively, fun place to spend a night in New York City. The Cafe Wha? has 2 house bands that play R&B, funk and classic rock from Wednesday to Sunday and have the patrons dancing in the aisles. Monday night is the very popular Brazilian Dance Party and Tuesday night is Classic Funk Night. The mix of live music, good food and drink and a fun crowd make this a true New York City nightlife experience. Cafe Wha? is located at 115 MacDougal Street.

5. S.O.B.s aka Sounds of Brazil - This New York City nightspot located in Soho has been a hub of New York City nightlife for over 20 years. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The nicely sized room is decorated in a full tropical bamboo setting and showcases everything from Trinidadian calypso and Jamaican reggae to Cuban salsa, samba and the latest in Afro-pop. The menu that features Latin and Brazilian specialties and the full service bar features many exotic and fruity drinks. S.O.B is an eclectic mix of great music, food and drink - a tropical getaway located at 204 Varick Street at West Houston.
