Museum of Sex
The Museum of Sex opened in New York City in 2002 and has since served a large amount of visitors that want to know more about sexuality from the past and in the present. They have plenty for you and your date to see, including photography, costumes and art. The ticket price is $16.75 per person. After touring the museum, stop over at the OralFix Aphrodisiac Cafe, which features food and drinks such as the Almond Love Bar, the Tapenade Crostini and the Aphrodite Potion, which has the effect of potency and lust.
Dirty Bingo
If you love playing bingo but don't want to sit in a church basement to do it, head over to Paradou in NYC to play dirty bingo. The game is played exactly the same as regular bingo, but the prizes are certainly for adults only. They don't have frequent games scheduled, so check the events section of their website for the next date available. The cost is $3 per card game plus the cost of dinner. There is also a large wine list so, if you're feeling a little shy, you will certainly feel a little more relaxed after a glass or two.
Burlesque
For a show that may be a little different than what you're used to seeing, burlesque is a sexy show that features dancing, music, comedy, costumes and stripteases. It is typically much more than people expect and offers an artistry that can feature everything from contortionists to singers. One such show is Le Scandal, which is the longest running variety show in New York City. The admission is $25 and, at each performance, there is a $15 minimum purchase for food and/or beverages.
Before planning the date, make sure the person will be willing to happily go along with it and that he or she won't feel awkward. These dates aren't typically where you would take someone you're newly dating, however, they can be excellent options for planning a date for someone you are familiar and comfortable with. A sexual date may be just what the both of you need to start up that certain spark.
